Still could be something like family sharing. Well i have no need to prove anything and this is derailed from topic, but i do want tell that a total private steam profile does show to public that i am currently at steam level 0 despite im not in fact.By merely seeing level 0 and justify me has no ownership is just silly! Everyone who owns the game, private profile or not, has an icon displayed when they post, your steam level has jack ♥♥♥♥ to do with it. You don't own it though. You stole the game, got stuck on the first ♥♥♥♥ing level ( seems typical for pirates, they're usually stupid and can't beat games ) and now you are whining here about it, lashing out at people here and being a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.Basically just ♥♥♥♥ off if you're gonna be a little prick lol. It's obvious the OP have not bought the game, so there is no need to lie. Those who own the game will have a mouse icon beside their profile name and avatar whatever you post on any Steam game specific forum.

Your Steam privacy settings and profile level have nothing to do with the mouse icon showing up or not, the mouse icon will show up regardless of your Steam level or even if you set your profile to private. Also the DLCs for this game are mostly cosmetic, most of them are just costumes for the intent of being whacky. You can enjoy the full game as it is with all the vanilla story related contents.
