A common pattern of bodies role-playing type is that the player will transform into an explorer or warrior, to fight evil enemies like witches or fire dragons. However, with Breath of Fire III, you will be surprised when this game allows the combination of heroes and dragons into one.

With the plot about Ryu – the last of the dragon race, appears as a boy traveling everywhere to find 2 friends who have gone missing. Initially players will control a group of many characters with the purpose of completing the mandatory mainline tasks. An interesting feature in this version is the ‘Test Order’, which allows one or all of the team characters to be selected, to watch over enemies as they perform specialized attacks. There are also a few new services like fishing minigames, apprenticeship. In the fishing minigame, you will have the opportunity to catch the fish that enhance the various indicators (eating rainbow trout to recover magic points, healing poisons, etc.). Dragon genome system is considered the most remarkable features, Ryu can turn into all dragons by combining dragon stones together (these stones are scattered at every level in the game). The stronger the dragon shape, the higher the magic score through each round.
