One April morning in 2100 aboard the International Space Station, a team of top scientists from all around the world managed to produce a quantum of energy from the vacuum of space surrounding them. Showing the possibility to generate pure energy exploiting the fabric of space-time itself, the experiment showed promise to solve the depletion of Earth’s energy sources. If you are a member of this mod, can demonstrate that it is being actively developed and will be able to keep this profile up to date with the latest news, images, videos and downloads, please with all details and we will consider its re-activation.Interstellar is a futuristic/marine/realism Quake3 mod, it started as a Half-Life mod but has been moved to the Quake3 engine because we thought the end result would be better. The Half-Life engine just cant pull the same visuals that quake3 can, and without 9-way blending in HL 'or something', the player models would suck. The model blending has since been released in a sdk but were happy we went q3a, only down side is: Alot more people have Half-Life. We are all realism fans, but we will try hard not to make, 'just another clone'. While most online realism games are great, the team though that there was plenty of room for improvement, also the realism-terror has been milked dry so we found a better theme for the mod 'we think/hope; )'. Some of the games we get our inspiration from includes 'MoH:AA, CS, Halo, AVP2, SOF2 and many more'.

All of us are Sci-fi fans so it came naturally to place the mod in a futuristic universe battling marines against.
